Our hotel offers excellent space for meetings, training workshops and conferences. There is one conference room  Pekin (Beijing) with a scenic view of the Bay of Gdańsk. The unique ambience of the hotel provides ultimate climate for relaxation and concentration. Size  of Pekin conference room is  70 m2 and it is up to 60 people depends of the settings. 

Pekin conference room cost 450 PLN up to 4 hours. Cost for a day is 600 PLN - projector and 2 flipcharts are included.

During the conference we proose to use the coffee break. 

We offer the following options:

• one-time coffee break in price: 9.00 PLN per person (complemented up to 6 hours – 15.00 PLN per person) – coffe, tea, sparkling and still water 

• one-time coffee break in price: 14.00 PLN per person (complemented up to 6 hours – 21.00 PLN per person) – coffe, tea, sparkling and still water, cookies 

• one-time coffee break in price: 19.00 PLN per person (complemented up to 6 hours – 28.00 PLN per person) – coffe, tea, sparkling and still water, cookies, juices 

• one-time coffee break in price: 26.00 PLN per person (complemented up to 6 hours – 39.00 PLN per person) – coffe, tea, sparkling and still water, cookies, juices, fruits

• one-time coffee break in price: 39.00 PLN per person (complemented up to 6 hours – 54.00 PLN per person) – coffe, tea, sparkling and still water, cookies, juices, sandwiches, 

• one-time coffee break in price: 46.00 PLN per person (complemented up to 6 hours – 65.00 PLN per person) – coffe, tea, sparkling and still water, cookies, juices, fruits, sandwches
